Just like every blog starting off, I want to walk everybody to my blog and tell you a little bit about me and what I hope to achieve with this blog.


My name is John and I’ve been a little bit of a fit this enthusiast but only for the last five years. My doctor told me I needed to start to get in better shape and do better exercise so I worked hard and struggle to find ways that I would look forward to the exercise and not view it as work.


That’s also what I hope to bring to the table for everyone. If you can find a type of activity or such that you really enjoy and burns calories And get you in better shape, but what you found is the perfect activity for you and the exact way that you can use to get in better shape.


So I’ll try to put new posts every so often about different activities and hopefully one of them will spark your interest and you’ll enjoy it. Most of these will be outdoor activities like biking, jogging, or swimming, but all are lots of fun and I'll show you how to make them the best for you.
